The art of finding content inspirations from inside you.

People walking together

You know what’s funny?

We live in the era of endless inspiration. Yet more than ever, we struggle to find something that actually inspires us to write.

You open Instagram. You scroll. You click ‘Like’. And you scroll away.

Or you open AI. You prompt it to give you topics to write. It gives 17 results. But in the end, you write nothing.

And it just leaves you feeling confused.

Inspirations are everywhere. Help is one prompt away. But why do you always feel uninspired and helpless whenever you try to write your next post?

As if you’re being fed an endless amount of food, yet nothing fulfills you, and you always end up with an empty plate to share.

But… maybe that is where the real issue lies.

Maybe inspiration isn’t something that is fed to us. Maybe it is something that we found. Something that we create.

Let’s talk about the timeless creators. Shakespeare. van Gogh. JK Rowling. And countless others.

They didn’t have the algorithm or the GPTs that could “feed” them inspiration. They had to find inspiration on their own. Or even, they had to made the inspiration.

They go out. Isolate. Read. Write. Try. Fail. Move. Meditate. Talk. Listen. Ask. Wonder.

Until they learned that perhaps, we don’t need to “find” inspiration out there. Maybe, the greatest inspiration is ourselves.

Maybe your next educational content won’t come from an AI result you prompted. But from what your 14-year-old self experienced.

Maybe your next best post idea won’t come from doomscrolling on Instagram. But from a lesson your late grandma taught you. Or a believe you once had that is almost forgotten.

All this time, we always try to seek inspiration outside. But what if it’s always been inside of us?

A few days ago, I was in a place that might be familiar to all of you content writers: Sat in front of a blank page, not knowing what to write.

Just like any writer, I wished words could just magically appear on my screen. And just like any modern writer, I tried to use ChatGPT to magically made that happen.

And it did.

In just 3 seconds, the smart AI had written me a whole post. Good enough to be posted. Hollow enough to not felt like me.

(No offense to AI writers, though. I acknowledge how useful they are. I’m just an analog writer, I guess.)

So I closed my laptop. And gave up writing.

Then, I received a message from a friend I hadn’t talk to in a long time since she moved to New York. The message was simple. Short. It said:

“How was your year?”

But as I was writing my answer, I uncovered the memories I’d long forgotten. The lessons I didn’t realize I’d learned. The stories I didn’t know I had.

The failed launches. The summer vacation. The new yoga pose that injured me.

And as I typed the words on the bubble chat, I thought to myself,

‘Wait… this could be written into a LOT of content ideas.’

So after I sent the chat, I opened my laptop again, and started re-writing the content that I had inspired myself with.

And when I finished writing the long, beautiful posts, I laughed to myself.

Because how funny it is.

All this time, we think that we have to find inspiration out there. As if it was an object that we’ve lost. Something that we lack of, and had to be given.

But we never lost it. Never lack of it. Never had to beg a technology to give it. Or to doomscroll our way to find it.

All we have to do is to remember it. To uncover it. To learn how to see it.

Because inspiration has always been inside of us all along.

And I guess that’s why in Storytale, we started 2026 with creating this new tool.

It’s called 100+ Content Ideas Bingo Cards.

In short, it’s a pack of fun bingo cards, filled with 100+ prompts to bring out the thoughts, stories, and inspiration in you.

The prompts will ask you childhood memories, unspoken thoughts, wildest dreams, and 10-minute rules that could give birth to your next best posts.

Because we believe that asking ourselves the right questions will lead us to find the right inspirations.

Plus, we’ve packed them all into 4 fun bingo cards with unique storyteller characters.

So with it, writing will feel less like a stressful job, and more like a fun game. (Like how it should have been all along)

So, if you are anything like me → tired of seeking inspiration outside, and want to finally uncover the ones you have inside of you (in a fun way), then this new tool is for you.

See you inside the bingo!

And as always, wishing you all a great Friday, and great stories xx
